We are a large family on a modest income. I am always on the look-out for free resources for budget friendly homeschooling. There are so many quality learning tools and programs available. You just have to know where to find them.

I use an allotted budget for our homeschooling, but there are times and seasons where it just won’t cut it. Maybe something comes up. A car breaks down, there’s unexpected medical bills, a cross-country move. You never know. Sometimes that homeschooling money is just needed elsewhere.

That’s o.k.!

While it’s fun to be able to spend money on your first choice of shiny new curriculum, it’s very doable to make it work without. All you really need is an internet connection, access to a printer, a library card, and a few basic school supplies.

I’m going to share with you some of my favorite budget friendly homeschooling resources. This is not an exhaustive list by any means. But Google can help you find many many lists of free resources in other articles like this one, this one, or this massive one.

Free Resources for Budget Friendly Homeschooling. Read my guide to FREE Homeschooling Resources!

Free Resources for Budget Friendly Homeschooling:

One of the great things about these free resources is you can pick and choose what you love and leave the rest. This allows you to create a completely customized homeschool.

I did not take the time to list each component of the multiple subject resources under the subject headings in this article. If you can’t find something under a specific subject heading, come up and browse some of the multiple subject resources. They just might have what you’re looking for!
